Sugar Block Recipe – Hot

Member Antoine shared his recipe for sugar blocks. Enjoy!

4 cups water warm

10 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

10 pounds sugar

In large pot, bring to boil, use a candy thermometer, boil for 20 to 24 min just until temp is 125 celsius, about 257 f.

Remove from stove, add 10 drops each of lemongrass and spearmint oil

Pour into 2 wax paper lined trays
